When I start up obsidian nothing is supercharged. Not the links, not the names of the notes in the side bar or in the tabs. I have to open the supercharged links settings to somehow "wake it up".
But after that it still lags behind. Like when I have a supercharged note open that is correctly displayed in the tab name preview at the very top. When I then change my open note (just click on any other non-supercharged note) the name of the tab is still supercharged in the style of the previously open note...

It may have to do something with my OS/Obsidian Version: I'm on Linux. Zorin OS (Ubuntu) and I'm using the Flatpak version of Obsidian.

it may also be worth mentioning that I have currently 18 community plugins installed.

I have the same issue. I'm on MacOS 13.4.1 and running Obsidian 1.4.4. I have 14 active community plugins.

The solution that worked in my case, taking my cue from the comments in the issue, was:

  1. deactivate the CSS snippet “supercharged-links-gen”
  2. close Obsidian
  3. open Obsidian
  4. activate the CSS snippet “supercharged-links-gen”.

Just tested it, worked for me

Thanks @roman-balzer, I wasn't even aware that there was a style toggle that the plugin depended on. Could be something for Obsidian to improve by making it more clear to the end user.

@roman-balzer this fixes the startup issue for me, but not the one that the titles in the tab don't get modified correctly

@Foxomat Can you try the titles in the latest version?
