Wrong data-link-path

I have two files of the same name but in different folders. In the navigation panel, the wrong path gets assigned to data-link-path attribute for the items
as a result in the navigation panel this file gets wrong formatting (none in this case)
By adding a third item of the same name I observe that all three get a path of the latest created file in their inner div
