Apply same customization for folders

Add same ability to customize folder view in same way how it is done currently for notes.
If request is not clear I can expand more.

What features would you like to be applied to folders? I can think of the path, but something like data attributes and tags would not make sense for folders (unless you use folder notes, I suppose)

• string in current folder
• string in parent folder
• string in any file that is just bellow the current folder

CURRENT FOLDER <- set red if there is --index.md folder
-- file1.md
--file2.md
--index.md

• data attributes of the file that has same name as current folder and is bellow (yes this is folder notes!)

CURRENT FOLDER <- set yellow if the YAML in file that has same name belongs to Project
-- CURRENT FOLDER.md (YAML: class: Project)
--file2.md
--file3.md
