Clarity to the copyright

glad to see you carry further @knutwalker 's work. However, I noticed the copyright of the project in not very clearly visible.

Apache 2.0 license does require maintaining copyright mention (as you likely know). I'd suggest looking at these two things:

• Paul's copyrights where in the build and source files, e.g. here

I think you should pass that on somewhere.

• Currently, Paul is mentioned in one place:

$ git grep Paul
build.sbt:  Developer("knutwalker", "Paul Horn", "", url("https://github.com/knutwalker/")),

This probably should be changed to point to you, instead?

@akauppi I have just created a PR at #7 which I think addresses your issue, can you take a look at it to see if its appropriate
