Click/Touch event not triggered by Apple Pencil

When using the finger to touch buttons inside a perfect scrollbar container, there is no issue.
But when it comes to the Apple Pencil, it's extremely difficult to activate the click event on buttons.
The hover effect is triggered but not the click event.

PS: pencil is working great on website without perfect scrollbar
