When use tw input inside tw collapse, notch does not get updated correctly

Describe the bug
The label here under border because label width set incorrectly to 8px. This happens only when input/textarea inside tw-elements collapse.
Note: I got into issue with the React.
To Reproduce
Get tw input inside tw collapse and you will see it.
Expected behavior
Correct label width and notch width
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: mac os Ventura 13.4.1
- Browser chrome latest on Feb 8 2024
