Carousel: fix init via JS, jQueryInterface and dispose method

Hi @iprzybysz
What are the problems you've found? Right now I'm using a Carousel in Svelte, and it works the first time I open the page, but then when coming back from another page, it doesn't start showing images in big, but if I click the thumbnail images, it displays them.
