Issue
Right now the way we upload to mcpt.ca is more of a hack than a solution. This has resulted in many problems.

Solution
We should implement an actual build server, and open source it so that the website can be maintained when I leave.
I will likely create a separate repo in this organization for this if I cannot find a pre-existing solution online.
Done using Travis CI.
