Benchmarks

This issue is for recording benchmark stuff such as average number of iterations tabu search performs in a certain duration. The benchmarks are obtained from benchmark.py.
Below is a zip file for the latest benchmark that was run on 4/10/2019 (TS still looks like greedy search - we will have to figure out why/fix it during our next meeting).
To view the benchmark results download the zip file, extract the files, then open index.html in a browser.
