Dropwizard AutoConfig using HK2
This is an attempt to rewrite the guice auto config project from here: https://github.com/HubSpot/dropwizard-guice.
Given that drop wizard (via jersey already) has a DI/IoC framework (HK2) seems like doing this wiring with guice is just confusing.
