Hackage?

This package doesn't seem to be available on Hackage even though there is a Cabal file? Am I missing something?
I'd like to put this on Hackage but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I was hoping to improve the installation steps first, to create the configuration files automatically (instead of the manual steps in README.markdown), but I got stuck figuring out how to do that. If anyone would like to help with that, it would be welcome. In the meantime, I should probably just add the package to Hackage as-is...
