Start a test suite

Begin a test suite which covers a wide range of functionality of a FOSP server.
Initially it must at least do
- Connection initiation
- Registering and authenticating
- SELECT, CREATE, UPDATE, DELETE, LIST objects
- READ, WRITE attachments
