Conventions

Code blocks beginning with symbols are commands. The symbols have the following meanings:

$	Linux shell (BASH etc), standard user
#	Linux shell (BASH etc), priviliged user (sudo or root)
PS	Windows Powershell
\>	Windows Command Prompt

<foo>       Required Parameter
