Library not accessibly on my home wifi, only externally.

Oneplus 7T running Android 11. Build number is Oxygen OS 11.0.9.1.HD65BA. Chronicle version 0.41.
This may be an issue with my network configuration or the fact that my ISP supplied modem/router doesn't support loopback. If I'm on my home wifi, Chronicle can't find the library. If I turn off wifi or am on another network (at work, for example), everything works just fine.
