Small upgrade for slightly smarter calendar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The calendar always opens on today's date. This makes sense for the Start dates (CFP, Event) but it'd be nice if the End dates started the calendar from the Start date. This is mainly to avoid clicking around a ton when planning multiple events that are more than likely going to be further and further out into the future.

Currently in the UI
Starting the End Date based on the Start Date
Possibly for some added flair, visually show the dates are connected (Though nicer than this, this was quickly done in Skitch to convey the gist of what I mean.)
