Create a "miracle-certified" configuration that can provide a solid desktop experience without any extra work

This could be seen as a desktop environment "flavor" of miracle-wm. The shell components that we pick should be known to play well with miracle, and the flavor should be easily installable.
The details need to be ironed out here, but this would be good for newcomers!
This is something we're going to need to figure out for the Fedora Miracle WM spin, so we can use that work as the starting point.
