Sneak/Invisible using Oil/Powder fails.

This is currently in beta release.
When using the Sneak/Invisible command in the new navigation tab, and your job is such that you do not have sneak/invisible or spectral jig, and you DO have silent oil and prism powder, the bot will attempt to use those.
In this case, the prism powder will be used too soon after the silent oil and will fail to take effect.
Just need to add more delay after the silent oil use.
Fixed with release 2016.11.25.
