Search doesn't work correctly

Hello!
It's a great useful app, but there is an issue with search in items.
I will just leave screenshots. It would be great if you could fix it.
I've also noticed issues with search. I'll search for the first part of a string and it won't appear but I can scroll down to find it.
eg searching for "2bacc" when I have 2bacc5268dffdfb7686228796ef847772fcb335e in my history and it does not appear as the first result (or anywhere near the top)
Also loving the app, super useful!
