copying from Yippy

I don't know if it is a bug or a missing feature, but I can't copy text or images with command+c out of Yippy.
For text it is currently not that bad, but i can't get images out of Yippy. Not even through drag'n'drop.

Would be nice to copy text/images with command+c out of Yippy :)
Also dragging images should simulate copy & past to the cursor positon.

Hey @baum1234

You raise a valid point and maybe when the window is open command + c should copy the selected item however, Yippy is designed so that it works in the opposite way: If the window is open, command + c works as it normally does. So if something on the screen is selected that will copied and added to the history.

To achieve the affect that you want, you should press enter. Yippy currently functions so that when the window is opened it does not take focus away from the current window. You can then press enter to paste directly where you have focus. If there is no focus on a window where pasting works this is fine, as it still will move the item to the top of the history and put it on the clipboard.

So you can just press enter on the item in your history and then use paste as you would expect. 😄

Let me know if you find that this is not the case!

Enter works :)

Would be great to just have window with some settings, maybe replaceing command + c, like other tools like Paste does.
Also would be great to have tutorial for all features inside the app :)

Ok I will look into it 😃
