Internal cache/context between rules

Question about GraphQL Shield

Hi :)
How do I share data between rules? for example,
if I have rule that get user from arg.id, and another rule that want the same user, I would prefer to get the user from arg.id one time for all rules instead of one time per rule.
Is there a way to share data between rule?
