In Browser Fast Keyboard Repeat Similar to Terminal (.macos)

Hello, is it possible to have the same vim terminal experience with repeated key on macos without having to lift fingers off the key? i.e. if I type "j" it will continue typing "j" without having to lift finger off the key.
