Double Grid toggle doesn't work in Example 1

Have to investigate this. It seems that on some screens (maybe non-retina) the double grid baseline isn't visible.

It does work on retina screens it's not there on normal resolution screens. Does anyone else have problems with this?

On First Example Site, double grid is only visible when I zoom in / zoom out a bit. For example:

Visible on 80%, 90%, 110%, 125%
Not visible on 50%, 75%, 100%

The Second Example site, it's visible on 100%. But not visible on 80% or 110%.
