Steps to reproduce the problem
Open public feed and do not scroll the page
Expected behaviour
filtering works as intended

Live feed gives unfiltered posts

Public feed doesn't filter posts according to personal filters list and preferred content language on live refresh

Settings:
Filter languages: Only russian
Filters: bunch of politics and other stuff keywords
