LTSC Installation Issue.

I'm trying to install LTSC IOT 2019 edition (Build - 17763.107) (ISO downloaded from https://massgrave.dev/windows_ltsc_links.html)
Getting Error Code 0xc0000428 at startup of iso & Rufus also did warn before flashing this image.
The ISO is unmodified and bit for bit identical with what Microsoft published, so this isn't an MAS-related issue.

ISO seem to be authenticated.

What does that picture have to do with MAS?
