Is it too late to activate with MAS if I've already tried to activate with a key I found online

Hi,
I've tried to activate Win10 Pro N a couple of months ago with a key I found online using the "cmd method". It didn't work and now I have a watermark and when I open activation screen I get this error
(I know it's in croatian but you can still see the code of the error)
Furthermore, I can't even use another code if I wish to buy one because it gives me another error when I try.
Now I'm scared to do a MAS activation because if it doesn't work I really don't want to reinstall windows and download all the games and stuff again, or do a backup of some of them cause it takes a lot of time, so I'm asking here is it safe for me to do this (through powershell) or will it brick my windows completely or sth. Sorry if this seems like a dumb question but I'm really freaked out about this whole thing. Thank you for understanding.

Run MAS activation, it won't brick your windows.
If it shows any error, share the MAS error screenshot here.
