Hello, some mundane reasons, my computer installed office2021pro plus retail version, the software is not activated and built-in the original OEM invalid key (key activation too many times resulting in can not be activated by phone or network), in this case, may I ask the software can activate office2021 retail version?
On a side note, is it possible to activate the retail version of office2021 through ohook as an activation method?
