UI: Add "League Standings" Tab

Description
#To Do
- Add Tab 3 to display the "League Standings" table/bracket
- This tab should show the standings for each division in said league as it's own table
- Each row in these tables should be numbered in order, corresponding to each team's ranking in the league (this order will shift as the league goes on, and teams move up and down in ranking
