VPC for demo use

This will create 2 vpcs. 1 in Japan, another in Sydney.

Also, set up a VPC peering to HVN (HCP Vault).

• prerequisite:
  • HVN already created. (this module won't create a HVN)

In order to provision 2 regions, you would need to set default region by AWS_DEFAULT_REGION environment variable.

VPC settings will be stored in terraform state file on TFC. Use remote_state to import VPC to your run.
