Use BLE standard for connect BlueDot.

This would allow support for both Android and iOS.

An custom service that is becoming quite common is the Nordic UART Service:

There is an open source app that has some code to work with this format already:

This would also allow the use of CircuitPython board as receiver or sender, they do support BLE.
