JSON for Liverpool City Region PCON (Sefton, Liverpool, Halton, Wirral, St. Helens, Knowsley)

Hello Martin, is it possible to create a TOPOJSON file for the Liverpool City Region within: - https://martinjc.github.io/UK-GeoJSON/
I am able to create a file for each individual Local Authority but seem unable to create a single file for all of the LA (and associated PCON) within the region.
