England LAD JSON file

Hi,

Grateful if I could double-check that I'm ok to use the England LAD file for a simple 'D3' application I'm thinking of producing. It looks like I'm ok from the 'Licence info' if I suitably 'attribute' the data file.

For info, I am a government analyst in the UK Department for Education and I'm thinking of publishing a simple visualisation alongside our usual statistical publications of educational data.
