TopoJSON for all lower/middle super output areas in Wales

Currently it looks like the TopoJSON files for lower super output areas and middle super output areas in Wales can only be downloaded one local authority at a time.

If I'm right in saying that, might it be possible to create TopoJSONs for all LSOAs and MSOAs in Wales together, i.e. one file with 410 areas and the other with 1909 areas?

This would be really useful. Many thanks.
