abduco provides session management i.e. it allows programs to be run independently from its controlling terminal. That is programs can be detached - run in the background - and then later reattached. Together with dvtm it provides a simpler and cleaner alternative to tmux or screen.

Yeah, this is a good question. Great tool, but not if it isn't maintained.

i think, the maintainer martanne is to busy now.
Last commit was in July for his vis editor.

@martanne can you give us a heartbeat?

Hi, I'm alive and well.

Eventually I would like to address #32, modernize dvtm and make it work smoothly in combination with abduco to solve most of the remaining issues.

However, time remains limiting factor ...
