Duplicate EA values

In each of the EA user records, I'm seeing duplicate values in the ea_version array. It's always ['EA2', 'EA2'] or ['EA3', 'EA3'], which makes me wonder whether it's lost track of users who used both versions. Hopefully, re-running with the EA2 code will restore that info.
