Enhancements to the reset button

On clicking the reset button:

All checkboxes should start off as unchecked so that every user shows up.
Deletes all drawn shape layers (#168)
Would also be nice if the map zoomed out!

Whoops, sorry! I didn't realize that issues had already been made for the reset button enhancements (refer to issues #166 and #168).
