It is currently an empty, white button, which looks a bit strange... 😕
This is a well known bug that happens when jQuery is included before Bootstrap files. There are some work arounds for it. Link
Bootstrap knows of the conflict with jQuery, and they are working on resolving it. But at this time, support for dialog boxes is lacking. https://jquery-ui-bootstrap.github.io/jquery-ui-bootstrap/
Okay, unassign and take it out of the current sprint.
I posted the above comment as something that may have a simple solution to this problem in the future. Stack Overflow says there are ways to work around it, they just need to be understood and implemented.
Fixed during Vue rewrite.
