Add ability to add custom request header

The confluence data center instance I use requires a non-standard header to be passed. Currently, I do not see a way to pass it along with requests. I may add this feature myself, but please stop me if I'm going down the wrong path.
Same here. On prem (data center / server) version of Confluence.. api does not include /wiki/. Would love to specify that portion of the api string from the config file.
