Only space admins can move content to another space

I have connie-dont-change-parent-page set to true in my document properties.
I have a file synced to my personal confluence space, and then I moved it to a shared space in confluence. Upon trying to make changes and syncing the changes to confluence, I get the error "Only space admins can move content to another space". This is a permission I don't have on confluence but I don't believe the plugin should be trying to move the page because I have the property set.
I am using Obsidian.
