ToC Links Result in 404 Instead of Correct Page Sections

nanangarsyad opened this issue · comments

I've been using your tools and appreciate the convenience and power they bring to my Markdown and Confluence workflow. I am, however, experiencing an issue when publishing pages with a Table of Contents (ToC).

Description

When I publish a page that includes a ToC structured like this:

Table of Content
- [[#Overview |Overview of Feature]]
- [[#How to Use|How to Use Feature]]

# Overview

# How to use

The links in the ToC on the resulting Confluence page are leading to a 404 error page instead of correctly referencing the corresponding sections on the same page.

Expected Behaviour

The expected behaviour is that the ToC links should correctly point to their respective sections on the same Confluence page.

Actual Behaviour

The actual behaviour is that clicking on the ToC links redirects to a 404 error page

Steps to Reproduce

  • Create a markdown file with a ToC as described above.
  • Use the markdown-confluence tools to convert and publish this file to Confluence.
  • Navigate to the newly created Confluence page and click on any link in the ToC.
  • Observe that it leads to a 404 error page.

I hope this report clearly outlines the issue I am encountering. If you need any additional information, I'd be more than happy to provide it.

Thanks in advance for your time and attention to this matter.
