Enhancement: Common base interfaces in org.jf.dexlib2.iface

Some interfaces in org.jf.dexlib2.iface would benefit from having common bases. 
Interfaces such as Annotable and Member (superinterface of Field and Method) 
would have helped my work and can be introduced without backward compatibility 
issues.
