Figure out a way to get MyBinder working again

This used to work but the double whammy of recent Julia versions getting a little more memory-hungry when loading packages and MyBinder lowering their memory cap makes it so the kernel gets killed every time trying to using CMBLensing.

So try and think of something else...
Fixed on master now by using PackageCompilerX.
