Actually I fixed FFTW in f894718 so you no longer have to use MKL, although it's still recommeded if you can since its faster (the issue was this bug JuliaMath/FFTW.jl#158). Fyi @cailmdaley @fbianchini @kimmywu @EthanAnderes
