Add option to allow anonymous usage data collection

In order to get a better knowledge of the usage of the software some data should be collected. This can be activated within a new settings dialog/view in the UI. The data is gathered and uploaded as JSON by a cron job to a new service api at services.fabscan.org. A unique device id is generated and added to each post.
Data to gather:

- scansDeleted
- averageSizePerScans
- versionSoftware
- versionFirmware
- scannerType
- cameraType
- serialPort
- firmwareAutoFlash
