Feature proposal: Ethernet ping

WiFi ping works great but with Ethernet ping I have no success.
If that’s not my fault it might be a good idea to add Ethernet support as well if I’m not asking too much.
Im using it with ethernet, it just works, im using a WT32-ETH01 board
