What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connecting Microsoft Lifecam Cinema
2. Viewing in any resolution (i.e. 1280x720, 320x180)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Rather than being stable, sections of some frames appear in the wrong location
(i.e. an entire horizontal section of video shifts left so that the portion
that shifts left then shows up on the right side of the screen with the same
vertical position. This occurs when previewing the video and when recording.
The shifting of the image often sets off the motion detector.
See two attached files.
This same lifecam webcam works flawlessly with other software, such as yawcam.
Another camera of mine works fine with iSpy (logitech c210) and all other
software. The problem seems limited to the lifecam and iSpy.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iSpy v4.8.4.0 - Windows 7
Please provide any additional information below.
Running AMD Athlon 64 X2 1.9ghz, 6gb ram
