Results + Plots in watson

I've started migrating to watson. From what I've tested i already have feature parity but now I've gotta improve the workflow with watson procs. Particularly:
- Running Simulations
- Saving Repetitions ouput
- Plotting
Done. Lots ot stuff todo, they are in their appropiate file. Any bigger issue im gonna add here
