load css and js at runtime (jquery && promise)

Hello,
When I load css and js files with jquery promise method,
the iziToast object it's ok but not show anyting when call show and more method.
any idea?

Sorry.
The problem was IISExpress that not load correctly css and js on localhost.
Only old IE work fine.
