Steps to Reproduce Behavior

Orbit

CTRL down
Left mouse button drag

Truck

Left mouse button down
CTRL down
Left mouse button up
CTRL up
Mouse move

Expected behavior

Orbit

Orbiting

Truck

No movement

Actual behavior

Orbit

No movement

Truck

Truck until mouse down
