Eyedropper not working.

It took quite a bit to get this set up in react with webpack, as there is no NPM module for Assembly.js/css
Once I managed to get everything working, the eyedropper tool is still not present.
I'm not thinking straight, I was using an old version of Electron without the Eyedropper API
