Remove the license from the configuration file

Why is the configuration file licensed under GPL?
Silly issue, but the configuration file would look nicer without the license part.
Well, the config file is read at runtime, so I think it counts enough as code to need the license. But IANAL, like, at all, so I'd be happy to stand corrected.
